Dance exercise incorporates many forms of dance. It's a beginner exercise class with routines set to great music. Keeps you fit, healthy and relieves stress.
This new class is set in a relaxed environment where you can really let your inhibitions go, get the results you want, learn some sassy moves and meet some great people along the way.
